SHIPPING POLICIES AND RETURNS

Warranty
Outerly stands behind everything we make! Outerly offers a Lifetime Warranty on parts and workmanship for the original purchaser of the product. This includes, but is limited to products manufactured by Outerly. Outerly does not warranty or assume any liability for mistakes in installation, normal wear and tear, etc.

The warranty of third party products sold by Outerly or on Outerly’s website are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Customers should contact those companies directly for any warranty issues.

Warranty claims will be either corrected or replaced with similar parts (subject to availability) or current version parts. In the event a product is discontinued, reasonable attempts will be made to fix any issues. If item cannot be fixed or is subject to replacement and the product no longer exists, store credit will be issued.

Cosmetic Damage - We work very hard to ensure that our products arrive in great condition. Occasionally scratches and damage can occur in shipping. In such cases, remedy is at the sole discretion of our customer service staff. Cosmetic damage, not functional, that is in an area that is not visible (For Example: the back side of a Sherpa plate) does not fall into the category for remedy. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns and warranties are at the sole discretion of Outerly.

Shipping
All items are shipped as they become available/in stock. If you have specific or unique shipping requests please alert us at the time of order. Unique or special shipping request may incur additional charges.

Shipping charges are for the lower 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional charge. All shipping charges are good faith estimates and some items to remote locations can incur additional shipping charges. Those shipping charges must be covered by the customers or the order can be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we stand behind our products. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the purchase price. The products must be in new condition and arrive back at our facility in new condition. Parts that have been used or installed are not eligible for return. Returns and what is an error or defect is at the sole discretion of Outerly. In the scenario a mistake or manufacturing defect return is authorized Outerly will cover the return shipping costs.

Returns are not accepted on “custom” products or products with “custom colors” on standard products. Once a custom order is place and work has begun it is no longer cancelable.

Returns are not accepted on products that have been drilled or modified. This would include items like aluminum boxes that are drilled for mounting etc.

Returns for reasons outside of manufacturing are at the sole discretion of Outerly. In the event a return is authorized, packaging, insurance and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will he processed once the product is received back at the Outerly offices in like new condition and free from damage. Please email michael@outerly.life for a return authorization before shipping.

Stolen or lost packages that have been marked delivered or signed for are not the responsibility of Outerly. Outerly will do it best efforts to work with the customer to locate the packages.

Outerly reserves the right to make small changes and updates to designs as needed. Therefore products depicted in images may not be identical to current items.

Any modifications, damage or holes drilled into a vehicle to mount or use an Outerly product or third party products are the sole responsibility of the owner. Outerly will not refund, pay, repair or make any sort of remedy for a vehicle that has been modified in the event of a return.

Credit Card Processing Fee
When an order is canceled, Outerly is not able to recover the credit card processing fees on that transaction. With most businesses that isn't a big issue because it is only a few dollars. Due to the high cost of our products, it can be serval hundreds of dollars for our business. Therefore, orders canceled that total over $500, are charged a 5% restocking fee. This fee is not refundable and is what we are charged when someone cancels an order. 


Liability Release
RELEASE OF LIABILITY I, the customer, do hereby release and forever discharge Outerly LLC their agents, employees, successors and assigns, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns, and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, fixed or contingent, which I now have or may hereafter have or claim to have, as a result of or in any way relating to the following: Parts sold & installed by Outerly LLC or parts sold & installed by end-user; any parts sold online, any parts sold online or installed by a re-seller, any parts installed by an installation shop. It is understood and agreed that this payment is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction of the aforesaid actions, causes of action, claims and demands; that this Release contains the entire agreement between the parties; and that the terms of this Agreement are contractual and not merely a recital. Furthermore, this Release shall be binding upon the undersigned, and his respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns. This Release shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of California. PRODUCT SAFETY WARNING: Outerly LLC strongly recommends the installation of products be done by a certified mechanic. If this does not occur, be certain the person(s) installing the product read, understand and follow all instructions and warnings pertaining to the application before installation. Do not add, alter, or fabricate any factory or aftermarket parts to alter the Outerly LLC product purchased. Mixing component brands is not recommended. Installation of Outerly Van’s and its partners products can alter the way a vehicle drives and handles. This includes but is not limited to possibly effecting safety devices on the vehicle. For this reason, Outerly LLC urges that extreme caution be used when encountering driving conditions which may cause vehicle imbalance. Due to the installation of larger tires, the speedometer will read slower than the actual speed being traveled and more distance will be required to stop the vehicle. It is the owner’s responsibility to caution and warn any potential driver of the vehicle about these driving and handling conditions. Outerly LLC will not be held liable or responsible for damages or personal injuries resulting from the use of carrier products and or related products. If the components within the product or accessories become worn due to frequent and/or extreme use, the safety and reliability of the vehicle is at risk. The maintenance of aftermarket equipment to ensure the vehicle occupants safety is entirely your responsibility. Do not purchase Outerly LLC products unless you are willing to accept this responsibility. Do not install any Outerly LLC products or accessories unless you feel competent at installing the product without causing present or future injury to yourself or other vehicle occupants; seek an authorized installation center. Most states have some type of law limiting vehicle height. The amount of lift allowed, and how the lift can be achieved, varies greatly. Several states offer exemptions for farm and commercial registered vehicles. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to check state and local laws to ensure that their vehicle will be in-compliance. Outerly LLC reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications as deemed necessary without prior notice and without assuming obligation to modify any product previously manufactured. Obligation or liabilities will not be assumed with respect to similar products previously advertised. This Release of Liability and Product Safety Warning has been read and fully understood by the undersigned and has been explained to me.
